Before you call

Have the address, the symptom and a photo of the equipment's data plate ready if you can. The model and serial number tell us the age of the system and what parts it takes.

Emergencies

If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building first, and call from outside. Then read our emergency HVAC guide for what to do next.

Common questions

What should I have ready when I call?

Your address, the symptom and a photo of the data plate on the equipment if you can get one. The plate shows the model, serial number and age. That helps us work out what is likely wrong and bring the right parts, which matters most when you are a long drive from Hermann.

Should I call or use the form?

Call if the house is cold or hot right now, or if anything seems unsafe. Use the form for planning a replacement, a tune-up or a question that can wait. Our office answers forms during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

What do I do if it is an emergency after office hours?

If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, get everyone outside first and call 911 and your gas provider from there. For a heating or cooling failure, call us and tell us what is happening. Our emergency page explains what to do while you wait.
